Equipment Introduction:

The electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine is mainly used for testing the dynamic and static mechanical properties of various materials, components, elastomers, rubber elastomers, and shock absorbers. Capable of conducting tensile, compressive, bending, low cycle and high cycle fatigue, crack propagation, and fracture mechanics tests under sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, trapezoidal wave, oblique wave, and user-defined waveform. The testing machine is flexible and convenient to operate, and the lifting, locking, and specimen clamping of the moving crossbeam are all completed by button operation. It adopts advanced hydraulic servo drive technology for loading, high-precision dynamic load sensors, and high-resolution magnetostrictive displacement sensors to measure the force and displacement of the specimen. The fully digital measurement and control system realizes closed-loop control of force, displacement, and deformation. The test software works in the WINDOWS98/XP/2000 Chinese environment, with powerful data processing functions. The test conditions and results are automatically saved, displayed, and printed. The entire experimental process is controlled by computers, and the testing machine is an ideal cost-effective testing system for industries such as research institutes, metallurgical construction, national defense and military industry, colleges and universities, mechanical manufacturing, transportation, etc.

Product Structure Features:

Testing machine host: Two columns, base, and crossbeam form a closed frame structure, with high frame stiffness, no reverse clearance, and good stability. The outer surface of the double column is treated with electroplated hard chromium. The servo actuator (oil cylinder) is placed downwards and adopts a bidirectional action oil cylinder piston design, making sample clamping adjustment convenient and flexible.

Hydraulic servo pump station: adopting leak free silent technology, stable pressure output, no fluctuations, low noise, good heat dissipation effect, high filtration accuracy, automatic protection against pressure overload and oil temperature overheating.

The hydraulic pump station adopts adaptive variable technology to truly achieve energy saving, noise reduction, and new experimental comfort.

Key components: Adopting internationally renowned brands such as MOOG servo valves from the United States, MTS displacement sensors from the United States, fully digital controllers, and high-precision load sensors.

Control method: PID closed-loop control of force, displacement, and deformation, and can achieve smooth and disturbance free switching of any control mode.

Test software: suitable for operation on the Windows 2000/XP test platform. In conjunction with the control system, the testing system can be controlled to complete various dynamic and static mechanical performance tests, such as metal tensile, compression, bending, low cycle, and metal fracture mechanics tests. The software is self-contained and communicates with the control system at high speed. While controlling the operation of the testing system, it draws various test curves that meet the requirements of static testing, and independently completes various functions such as test management, data storage, and test report printing.

Experimental waveforms: sine wave, square wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, oblique wave, user-defined waveform, etc.

Protection function: It is equipped with alarm shutdown functions such as oil circuit blockage, overheating, low liquid level, hydraulic system overload, motor overheating, preset fatigue times, and specimen fracture.
